Thank you for your interest in becoming a panelist in our newest 90-day product testing group for a hair treatment spray! If chosen, panelists will get to keep the product and will receive a $75 Amazon gift card for completing all required online self-assessment surveys on time. Please complete the following questions as honestly as possible. This screener should only take you 5-10 minutes. We will choose panelists in the next 3-5 days and if chosen, you will be informed via email. You must be a U.S. resident to take part in this test.
