• Holiday eBonus Card is emailed to purchaser.
• This offer is valid from Nov. 1, 2020 through Dec. 31, 2020.
• $10 HOLIDAY eBONUS CARD IS VALID FROM JANUARY 1, 2021 THROUGH FEBRUARY 11, 2021 AND BECOMES EXPIRED ON

• Recipient is responsible for applicable taxes and fees associated with any restaurant visit.
• $10 Holiday eBonus Card may not be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred or reproduced and must be presented and
relinquished at time of redemption.

• Free shipping is only applicable when USPS mail is selected as the shipping option; which is not available on card orders of
four (4) or more cards due to weight restrictions.
