For every dollar you spend in-store or online, you will earn one point.
For every 100 points you earn, you get 50g of any tea for free!
So, if you earn 200 points you get two 50g bags of any tea for free!

- Fill out form and submit.
Here’s how it works.
IN-STORE CUSTOMERS.
When you sign up in-store, we give you two cards — one for your wallet and one for your keychain.
Every time you make a purchase, present either card to a tea guide and they will log the points to your account.
ONLINE CUSTOMERS
A card is not required for online customers. Just create an account and fill out the signup form here.
When you make purchases online, points will automatically appear in your account 24 hours after the shipment of your order.
claiming your tea
Every three months, we’ll send you an email and update your account telling you how much free tea you’ve earned. If you don’t earn enough points for a free bag of loose leaf tea, we’ll roll the balance over into the next 3-month period. You have until December 31st to earn Frequent Steeper points, at which time every 100 points is converted into a free 50 g bag of any loose leaf tea. You can claim your rewards in store or online starting January 5th. An email will be sent, so keep a close eye on your inbox!
Effective February 24th, 2017, after we convert every 100-point increment into free tea rewards at the end of December, any leftover points will then be converted into free beverage rewards you can redeem in any DAVIDsTEA store. Your points balance will go back to zero and you’ll have 60 days to claim your rewards. So you can start sipping all over again!
CLAIMING IN-STORE
When you receive an email with the rewards you’ve earned, come into any store within 60 days and show your Frequent Steeper card to claim your free tea.
CLAIMING ONLINE
When you receive an email with the rewards you’ve earned, log into your account and you will be able to choose and add your free tea rewards to your shopping cart with your next order. Checkout and boom your done!
