What is a VoxBox? A VoxBox is a box full of goodies! Full sized products, sample sized products and coupons. Sometimes the coupons are for FREE full sized products!

1. How do I sign up?

You can easily sign up through our website using your email or your Facebook account. Soon after, you’ll recieve a confirmation email welcoming you to the community!

2. What is Influenster?

Infuenster is a product disovery platform that lets opinionated, social media savvy consumers like you discover and share knowledge on products through sampling, reviews, and more!

3. I just joined. How do I get started?

New members can get their feet wet by completing 5 easy tasks:

1. Complete your profile

Check out your profile settings and share some general information about yourself so we have a stepping stone for what campaigns to pair you with.

2. Connect your social media accounts via your dashboard’s Social Impact page

Connecting your accounts is the single most effective way to boost your Social Impact, which is a major factor in determining how likely you are to qualify for an exclusive campaign. It’s important to grant Influenster permissions when making the connection, or we won’t be able to calculate your score.

3. Snap to it

Answer some quick questions about your shopping behavior to improve your discovery experience. Answer honestly as they cannot be edited once you submit an answer.

4. Invite your most influential friends

Ever heard the phrase, “It’s all about who you know”? Well, at Influenster, that couldn’t be closer to the truth. When you send your most influential friends email invites to join Influenster via your dashboard’s Social Impact page, YOUR Social Impact gets a nice boost! Invite up to twenty of your friends and you’ll be awarded with five points for every friend who connects their social media accounts to Influenster.

5. Follow us on social!

We make most of our campaign announcements on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Plus, you can interact with other Influensters, get to know our community, and get a feel for what we’re all about.

4. What’s a VoxBox, and how do I qualify for one?

VoxBoxes are packages filled with complimentary products from your favorite (or soon-to-be-favorite) brands. Not all Voxboxes are created equal: some campaigns feature an assortment of products while others will spotlight one awesome brand. But make no mistake: all VoxBoxes are created equally awesome.

Here’s how it works: Throughout many of our ongoing campaigns, Influensters receive FREE themed product shipments based on information disclosed by answering Snaps, their measured Social Impact across all connected networks, demographics, and, well, good old fashioned luck. Did you forget to connect your social media accounts or share any information with us? Then no wonder we haven’t been able to match you with a box yet — we’re practically strangers!

Members with a strong social presence and high activity — within the demographic we are targeting at the time — tend to be prioritized, which is all the more reason to maintain activity on Influenster and boost your Social Impact. This ensures members receive products that match their interests.

5. How will I know if I am selected for a VoxBox?

VoxBox selection is a process – we want to make sure VoxBoxes go to members who will test, review and share products relevant to their lifestyles.

When selecting for a program, we will email you a link to a pre-campaign survey. The email will include a deadline for completing the survey, as well as ask for an address if we will be shipping something. It’s important you include your valid address as this is the ONLY way we know where to ship to. Following this, we will contact you if you’re in. Alternatively, you can check your campaign tab in your dashboard.

Lastly, check the mail! Once selected, your VoxBox will be on its way. We send out tracking number for every campaign on the campaign’s details page, but occasionally members receive their boxes before we’re able to add it.

6. How do I add / change my shipping address?

In the interest of privacy, we do not store addresses on Influenster.com.

If you’re selected as a box recipient, we’ll ask for your address during the pre-survey. We can ONLY ship to this exact address; we give the address exactly as you provide it directly to our shipping partner. If you receive an email welcoming you to a campaign and you feel you haven’t given us your address, we probably asked for it in a recent screening survey.

Note: We cannot change addresses after this stage in the campaign. If you receive a pre-survey and are moving in the near future, please enter a stable address – like that of a trusted friend or family member. We ship using USPS so if you have moved and are having your mail forwarded, you should get your VoxBox with the rest of the forwarded mail.

7. How often does my Impact score change?

Your Social Impact is a direct measurement of your influence across your social networks. To increase your score, connect your social networks with Influenster and stay active on social media to see your influence grow. This includes adding the Influenster widget to your blog for a 100 point boost! Additionally, you’ll get points for inviting influential friends to join Influenster…so start sending those emails!

8. I qualified for a VoxBox, but it hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

After we ship the VoxBoxes, we’ll add tracking information to the details page of your campaign. You can use that number on the USPS website to watch your VoxBox travel from our warehouse to your doorstep!

If by some error your VoxBox gets lost and never arrives, please do not check it in so that you remain eligible for future campaigns.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace VoxBoxes lost in transit. Luckily, you will not be penalized for being unable to take the mandatory survey if you do not check in your box. We do however recommend contacting USPS to see if they can resolve your problem as it is out of our hands once it has been shipped.

9. When I track my package, it says “Delivery status not updated”, what should I do?

It’s likely that your package is on its way, but USPS has not yet updated tracking information.

If by some error your VoxBox gets lost and never arrives, please do not check it in so that you remain eligible for future campaigns.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace VoxBoxes lost in transit. You will not be penalized for being unable to take the mandatory survey if you do not check in your box.

10. Help! Some items in my VoxBox are missing/damaged.

Sad face! We’re sorry to hear you received a less than perfect VoxBox. This could be due to a variety reasons. It’s rare, but mistakes can occasionally happen during shipping. If a product is missing, it’s possible that the product in question only went out to a few recipients or you were meant to receive one or another product, not both.

Unfortunately, because each of our campaigns have a limited amount of stocked products to mail out, we are unable to replace or send additional products. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience and hope you enjoy the complimentary products you did successfully receive. We won’t penalize your account for not being able to review a product you haven’t tried.
