What is this Lawsuit About?
A proposed settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit about the labeling and packaging of some of Johnson & Johnson’s Bedtime Bath Products. The plaintiffs in the lawsuit claim that Johnson & Johnson
mislabeled its Bedtime Bath Products by describing certain Bedtime Bath Products as “clinically proven” to help a baby sleep better.
